Aleksandra Nikčević

She specializes in labor law, with extensive experience handling complex cases and representing both individuals and legal entities. Throughout her career, she has also pursued additional training in immigration law, with a particular focus on the legal status of foreign nationals.
Other areas of her expertise include contract law and real estate law, including expropriation. She pays special attention to legal protection in expropriation proceedings, ensuring that property owners receive the fair compensation they are entitled to.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, with a high GPA.
She earned her Master’s degree from Karl Franzens University in Graz, where she also completed a legal traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), focusing on the course The European Convention on Human Rights in Theory and Practice.
During her studies, she gained practical experience before domestic courts. Following graduation, she continued her professional development by working in several reputable law firms.
She holds a certificate of specialized knowledge in children’s rights and juvenile justice, as well as in criminal legal protection of minors. In addition, she has completed numerous specialized training programs across different legal fields and regularly attends legal panels and seminars in her areas of expertise.
Aleksandra is a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and is fluent in both English and Serbian.
Nina Basta Pejčić
Nina Basta Pejčić is a lawyer from Novi Sad and a founding partner at the law office Nikčević Basta Pejčić. Her legal work is distinguished by a strong commitment to protecting her clients’ interests and a careful, client-centered approach to every case.
She specializes in family and inheritance disputes, with a particular focus on protecting children’s rights. Nina actively advises and represents clients in matters involving family and property relations, including divorce, custody, property division, and inheritance proceedings.
Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in damage compensation claims, offering professional legal support to clients seeking redress for traffic accidents, workplace injuries, and other types of harm.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, specializing in Internal Affairs, with a high GPA.
Nina Basta Pejčić earned the academic title of Master of Laws by defending her thesis on “The Legal Framework of Domestic Violence in the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.” After completing her legal internship and passing both the bar and attorney exams, she was admitted to the Roll of Attorneys of the Bar Association of Vojvodina.
She holds a certificate of specialized knowledge in the rights of the child and juvenile delinquency, as well as in the criminal legal protection of minors. Committed to continuous professional development, Nina has completed numerous specialized training programs across various areas of law and regularly participates in legal education events and seminars relevant to her field.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Nina uses English fluently in her daily legal work and communication. She also has a working understanding of Spanish, enabling efficient collaboration with international clients and partners.
